• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

3. Shipping Duration

• Standard Shipping (India): 3 to 7 business days
• Express Shipping (India): 1 to 3 business days
• International Shipping: 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination country
• Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and during peak seasons or promotional periods.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 (within India).
• For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹60 is applicable.
• Express shipping and international shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

6. Delays or Issues

• While we strive to deliver all packages on time, unforeseen circumstances like weather disruptions, courier delays, or customs processing (for international orders) may impact delivery timelines.
